The compensation plan is a fairly straightforward 3×12 forced matrix. The Pur3x business opportunity has several ways to get paid. Direct Sales Commissions, Fast Start Bonuses, Matrix Overrides, Matching Check Bonuses, and Bonus Pools. Fast Start Bonuses come from new distributor signups, Matrix Overrides are the residual income, The Matching Check Bonuses lets you get additional income from people you directly sponsor, and the Bonus Pools come from the company’s overall sales.
