Talking about MLM products will force us to begin at the beginning. Why did you join an MLM? The absolute number one reason to join an MLM is residual income. OK, let’s talk price. There is a belief out there that every MLM product is overpriced. That they have extra margin built in so that a whole downline of people will be able to make some money. Can I honestly say that has never happened? No, I can’t say that. But not all MLM products are overpriced. If you are selling a health and wellness product for $80, and something very similar is selling in a store for $40, you better be able to justify the difference. I’m not saying it can’t be justified, but this is where the real selling begins. People will often pay more for a higher quality product. How much more? Depends. How much more would you pay? Look at how many people outside the business are buying the MLM company’s products. If it is a lot of people, that’s good. It is a company that understands residual income.
