In today’s high tech world, it seems like everything is called a “system”. Systems were around before high tech, but they weren’t always called systems. OK then, what is a system? The dictionary has quite a few definitions. Here is one: A set of things working together as part of a mechanism or an interconnecting network. How about another: A set of principles or procedures according to which something is done; an organized scheme or method. Can we define an MLM recruiting system? Well, there are 2 kinds. First is an offline system; second is an online system.
Why Do You Need An MLM Recruiting System?
If you don’t have an MLM Recruiting System of some kind you will be jumping around like a butterfly with the hiccups. One function of a system is to organize your efforts into a repeatable collection of procedures. Traditional (offline) MLM recruiting is an organized system. Making a list of 100 contacts, practicing what you say, approaching people in stores, restaurants, etc., and learning to use your marketing materials, etc. are all components of this traditional system. But it was inevitable that an online MLM recruiting system would be invented. The internet gives us the opportunity to be in front of more people more often than face to face contact. So it had to happen. Combine that with the fact that traditional marketing methods were becoming less effective, and you have the perfect storm.
The new online systems are organized too. But they organize more things, and those things are more complicated. That’s why people who have a Network Marketing business need a system to teach and to implement all these marketing techniques. The system will uncomplicated the whole process. These systems are designed to market you and rather than your MLM company. Your MLM company is already marketing itself. You need to market yourself. The idea is to create a relationship between you and your prospect, not between your company and your prospect.
The Main Function Of An MLM Recruiting System
One of the biggest issues in the Network Marketing business is the need to have someone to talk to. You can talk to people on the street, you can buy leads, or you can join a business networking group. For many people, developing solid leads this way can be time consuming, inefficient or even expensive. This is the other big reason for the development of online systems. If done right, you are presented as an expert who can offer solutions to the problems people are having. This is attractive to the right people – you don’t want to waste time with the wrong people – and it draws them to you and your system. Once in a Network Marketing recruiting system, leads can become prospects simply by the way the system is designed. Your business opportunity is introduced as part of the system.
The beauty of an “MLM recruiting system” is that your prospect is qualified, not cold. They are there to see what you have going on. There is an opportunity for them to check out the system so they can see how it will help them in their business. At this point, you are not even talking about your MLM opportunity. It’s too soon. You are not selling here, you are helping. Once they know you have their best interests at heart, you can start to introduce your own opportunity. If you don’t have their best interests at heart, you’re in the wrong business.
If you are in this business, or if you are planning on getting into it, you will need a Network Marketing recruiting system. I am not saying you must do either offline or online. You can do both. However you should spend most of your time in one or the other. My recommendation is to use a proven Attraction Marketing System. It can show you how to use the best of offline and online. Working without a system is nothing but wandering down an aimless path.
