Since you have ended up here, you are probably interested in the new MLM company, Monitium. Well, guess what.  The Monitium business is not actually an MLM company. But it could be a new MLM opportunity. It is a completely new concept in the MLM industry. It is a little tough to get your head around it at first, but bear with me through this Monitium review. If you are not an “out of the box” person, you might want to stop reading now.

What Is Monitium?

Monitium is different enough to either be a monster success or something no one will even remember in 2 years. The idea is to help people in MLM solve one of their most common problems. That problem is maintaining your downline. If you have a Network Marketing business, you know that keeping a productive downline can be an issue. People are always listening to the next big thing. It could be a better comp plan, better products, less costly, or whatever. The next big thing probably isn’t better or cheaper, but the hype makes it sound that way. And people leave. If you had access to several MLM companies, this attrition would not be as big a problem. Monitium negotiates with different MLM companies to be included in the Monitium platform. The Monitium business opportunity is not the MLM at all.

The platform appears to be easy and seamless. You only have to build one downline, and you have access each MLM company in the system under the Monitium system. This reduces risk to both the companies and the distributors. The idea is that you and your team have access to many product lines through one single platform. In theory this sounds great, but the question is how it works in the real world.

The Monitium management team is very solid. The CEO is Ken Eggleston, who has made a name for himself as a successful and respected leader in the Network Marketing industry. Paul Morris and Rod Cook are part of the team, and they are well-known leaders as well. Another strong leader, Jim Bellecera, is in charge of the member training program.

Monitium Compensation

The compensation plan seems to be very good. There are 3 basic types of MLM comp plans. They are Unilevel, Binary, and Matrix. Monitium enables the entire team to be placed into all three. Remember this is still a very new concept, and I’m sure more details of the comp plan need to be released. When this Monitium review was written, many people were waiting for additional information before joining. What I have seen reported sounds a little too generous, but we’ll see.

Their back office tools are reported to be as good or better than what you find in the top Network Marketing companies. Things such as multimedia presentations, video email, autoresponder templates, and much more. This is all called the Monitium Success System. The leaders of Monitium seem to realize that we are now in the 21st century, and the old way of doing things needed some tweaking. In fact, things have been more than tweaked. They have been fundamentally changed. That is what Attraction Marketing did for the industry. Is the Monitium Success System a true Attraction Marketing System? So far, it doesn’t seem to have everything the top ones have. The key to success in Monitium or any traditional MLM is self-branding and making money even when people decide not to join your opportuity. A top Attraction Marketing System can do this.

You have to be wondering if this can all work. A lot of people are asking this question. In one way, the Monitium business  is just like anything new and unproven. The risk takers will jump on board because there is real potential for them. If you are not a risk taker, and want to hang around to see what happens, you will not be alone. It is still too soon to tell if Monitium will become what the founders hope. If it works out, the risk takers will say, “See, I told you so!” If it doesn’t, the spectators will be saying the very same thing.
